How to Download VK Clips

Clips vs. regular VK video

To a viewer, a clip is a short vertical video in the VK Clips feed. To saved.video it is just a video: a link or ID is enough, and public clips need no VK sign-in.

There is a dedicated "Download VK Clips" page, but a clip link works in "Download VK Video" too. Links usually look like vk.com/clip… or point to vkvideo.ru.

Step by step

1. Copy the clip link - In the app or on the website: "Share" → copy link. Open the clip fully if you are copying from the feed.
2. Open saved.video - Go to the "Download VK Clips" page in your phone or computer browser.
3. Paste the clip link - Paste the clip URL into the field and click "Get file" - the available qualities appear.
4. Download the file - Pick a quality and save the MP4. The clip stays vertical - no cropping or black bars.

If the clip isn't found

• The link points to the author or the feed, not to a single clip
• The clip was deleted or hidden by its author
• The clip is not public - sign in with VK if it opens for your account
• The download stopped - request the file again
