saved.video helps you save a video you already have access to. We do not grant a license to other people’s content and we do not keep user files on the server. Last updated: August 27, 2026.
1. Who owns the rights
Copyright in VKontakte, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and RuTube videos belongs to the creators and the platforms. saved.video is not the source of the content and does not transfer any rights in it to you.
2. Personal use
The service is meant for personal viewing. Downloading a file is not permission to publish, re-upload, sell, or otherwise distribute someone else’s video. How you use the saved file is your responsibility.
3. What we do not do
We do not permanently store downloaded videos, we do not run a catalog of other people’s content, and we do not promise to circumvent rights holders’ technical restrictions. Private accounts, Stories, and material the user cannot access are not opened by the service.
4. Rights-holder complaints
If you are a rights holder and believe the service is being used in a way that infringes your rights, email info@saved.video. Include a link to the material, proof of your rights, and what you want done. We will review the request and reply.
